 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess an International Code Council (ICC) Certification in all or some of the following commercial trades: Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Green.
• 3 + years’ experience in commercial construction inspections (preferably in Washington, DC)
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from multiple job sites within DC Metro area

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum certification as a residential combination inspector or equivalent.
• Level 1 or 2 ICC certification in either building, mechanical, or plumbing category or other equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise with ICC and DCMR code requirements.
• Experience with information technology and automation, MS Word, MS Outlook, and basic computer knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• More than 4 years of professional experience in architectural or engineering design. 
• Have a deep knowledge of the following standards; NFPA 70, NFPA 72, NEC, AS/NZ Standard
• Profecient in utilizing AutoCad, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Visio, Planswift, Google Drive
• Experience with interior, exterior design, as-builts and 3D modeling

QUALIFICATIONS:

• More than 4 years of experience in social media marketing
• Have a deep understanding of digital marketing, content writing, product management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, and email marketing.
• Proficient  in photo editing, along with graphic design
• Comfortable working with Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Houzz, Yelp and Google

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of social media marketing
• Ability to create, collaborate, maintain and curate marketing materials for various campaigns
• Ability to send DMs, emails and text messages to platforms (may be templated or customized based on internal project manager) to capture, qualify or schedule leads for an appointment
