Robert Norris

Robert Norris brings more than 27 years of progressive engineering management skills to highly technical development projects. He has extensive knowledge of building and zoning codes, project and construction management, building code analysis, and permit processing procedures.

Prior to joining Allen-Norris Permitting and Inspections, Mr. Norris served as the Permit Manager for Commercial Development for the Arlington County Department of Environmental Services.
