THIRD-PARTY INSPECTIONS

Our building inspectors inspect the structural quality and general safety of residential and commercial buildings to ensure compliance with building codes and ordinances, safety and zoning regulations. 

Our mechanical inspectors examine the installation of HVACR systems and equipment to ensure that they are installed and function properly. They also may inspect commercial kitchen equipment, gas-fired appliances, and boilers. 

Our electrical inspectors are skilled at   verifying that electrical systems and equipment and enforcing electrical and energy codes, regulations and ordinances for both residential and commercial construction.

Plumbing Inspectors examine plumbing systems, water supply and distribution systems, plumbing fixtures and traps, and drain, waste and vent lines to ensure compliance of newly installed plumbing systems with applicable codes and standards.

Our inspectors test installed fire sprinkler systems to determine the adequacy of the system design and to verify all equipment is functioning properly as per the NFPA.. We also visually inspect the entire building to identify corroded heads or other hazards.

 Our accessibility Inspectors are responsible for determining the code compliance of submitted building plans, site plans, and other plans to ensure compliance with Codes and Standards adopted by respective jurisdictions.
